SHIPPING
Once an order has been placed, an automated confirmation email will be sent.
Please note that all orders are final and cannot be modified/cancelled.
Local orders are shipped with Courier Guy, while international orders are shipped with DHL Express.
Shipping only takes place during weekdays, therefore please note that any orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Any orders placed after 16:00 CAT will also only be processed the following business day. Please note we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box address.
Once the confirmation email has been sent out, order processing takes approximately 1-2 business days. A dispatch email will then be sent out confirming that your order has been collected and is in transit. This email will also contain the tracking number/information. The order can then be tracked by clicking the link in the email.
Ostentious will not be held accountable for any delays encountered by the courier service including force majeure events, custom inspections, and other circumstances uncontrollable to Ostentious (PTY) LTD. Ostentious will also not be liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen products in transit as well as any customs/duties fees which may be encountered upon arrival of the product/s.
ONLINE RETURNS
All products are scrutinised for faults before being dispatched, however if any faulty products are received please contact us on ecommerce@ostentious.com.
Please note that when an item is returned the consumer will be provided with an in-store credit to the value of the returned item, but not the delivery charges. The reason being that Ostentious only manufactures limited edition pieces. Ostentious will therefore not replace your item. As the consumer, you will need to place a separate order using the in-store credit provided for your returned item/s.
Faulty products can be returned at the cost of Ostentious. As the consumer you have 5 days after you have received the product/s to communicate the reason for return with Ostentious. After 5 days return requests will be declined. Once the return request has been approved by Ostentious, the consumer has 14 days to book a collection date for the product/s which need to be returned. Please note that returns can only be collected from the same country to which your order was delivered to.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached). The returned item/s must also be sent in the original packaging with all attached materials (ziplock bag, wrapping paper ect.). A copy of the invoice must be attached. Please note that the Ostentious packaging must not be used as the external parcel for shipment.
If the returned item/s do not meet the aforementioned criteria, they will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Products purchased at our authorised resellers cannot be returned online. In this case, please contact the store at which the item/s was bought as they will have their own return policies in place.
